Accommodation Terms and Conditions

    Arriving and departing

    Our standard check-in time is midday. Check out is midday.

    If you’d like to arrive earlier or leave later, let us know. We’ll do our best to offer you an early check in or late check out. This is subject to availability and will be confirmed on the day of your arrival/departure.

     

    Linen

    We provide all linen for your stay, and this is changed weekly. If you’d like linen to be refreshed more frequently, let us know.

     

    Smoking and vaping

    For the comfort of our guests, we don’t allow smoking or vaping inside.

    You’re welcome to smoke/vape outdoors, but please dispose of any rubbish properly.

     

    Quiet enjoyment and parties

    Out of consideration for our neighbours, our quiet hours are between 11pm and 6.30am.

    If you would like to host a gathering of more than 12 people at the property, please email us at stays@allpressolivegroves.co.nz to discuss your plans.

     

    Children

    Our properties are generally not suitable for kids under 10. If you would like to bring children, please discuss with our team before booking.

     

    Pets

    Our standard policy is no pets. If you would like to bring a pet, please discuss with our team before booking.

     

    Bookings and reservations

    Your booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us via email.

    We ask for 50% of the total to be paid when you book, and the balance 30 days before you arrive.

    If you do not pay the balance 30 days before your stay, your booking may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

     

    Cancellations and refunds

    If you need to cancel more than 30 days before your stay, we’ll provide a full refund.

    If you need to cancel within 30 days of your stay, we’ll provide a 50% refund.

    We don’t give refunds for early departures.

     

    Property care and security

    Please tell us if you find a problem with the property during your stay, and we’ll make every effort to fix it as quickly as we can.

    Be safe. Lock doors and windows when you are out and at night as you would at home.

     

    Security deposit and damage to property

    Please tell us promptly if anything is broken, damaged, lost or stolen during your stay – we may ask you to cover the cost of repair or replacement.

    Two days before you arrive, we will charge a $1000 security deposit to the card we have on file for your booking. If you prefer, you can pay this when you make your final payment.

    Your security deposit will be used to cover any costs incurred for damage, breakages or extra cleaning. If the property is undamaged we will refund it in full after you leave.

     

    Before you leave

    Please leave the property tidy, return all furniture to where it was on arrival, close windows and lock doors.

    To avoid additional cleaning charges when you leave, please make sure the oven, BBQ, dining and kitchenware are clean and dispose of rubbish as advised.

     

    Occupancy

    Your accommodation is for holiday use during the period specified in your booking. Please do not have more people stay overnight than the number specified in your booking.
